Employment Types
At Progressio, we believe in the power of coming together and creating visions on-site. Here's how each type of employment works.
Full-time employees
Our Full-Time champions roll up their sleeves for a full 40 hours a week, dedicated to on-time delivery. It's not all about the clock, though: full-time employees also enjoy:
- Health & wellbeing: health and social insurance for peace of mind.
- Flexibility: the option to work from home according to department guidelines.
- Rewards: the chance to earn PRG Coins for a job well done.
- Time off: 9 days of annual leave in the first year, increasing to 15 days after one year of service.
Part-time employees
Our Part-Time team marches to their own rhythm, working fewer hours than the full-time crew.
- Time off: 10 days of annual leave per year, pro-rated based on actual hours worked.
- Flexible scheduling: two and a half full days, half-days throughout the week, or any arrangement that works for both sides.
- Perks & growth: flexibility to choose your hours, plus access to learning and development opportunities like the Product Kitchen.
Interns
Think of your internship as your real-world classroom: a specific period to put academic learning into action and gain hands-on experience.
- Time off: interns don't receive paid time off; for an unpaid day, give your supervisor a heads-up in advance.
- Perks & rewards: full access to earn PRG Coins, plus access to the Product Kitchen.
Freelancers
You provide expertise to Progressio on a project-by-project basis, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.
- Work style: freedom to craft your own work adventure and manage your time.
- Time off & benefits: company holidays, paid time off, and standard employee benefits are not part of the freelance arrangement.
- The upside: the chance to collaborate with various clients and partners, expanding your skills and portfolio with every project.
The Product Kitchen
Our very own "Product Kitchen" gives employees the chance to truly partner with Progressio. Conducted through half-annual product panels, it's built on a shared vision: a ship full of founders, cultivated through ownership.
Create a visionary product idea, pitch it to the panel, and if it aligns with our mission, you get to become a core part of it. Learn more on the Learning Resources page.
