Who we are
Progressio Solutions is an R&D and technology-commercialization company changing how we invent in the Middle East. We take discoveries and novel technology out of labs and universities and turn them into operating businesses. We start with science, and we end with companies.
At Progressio, we believe in the power of coming together and creating visions on-site. That's why our culture is built around collaboration, rigor, and ownership: you'll see all three show up in how teams work together every day.
Your first weeks
- Your manager and the People & Culture team will walk you through your equipment, systems access, and team introductions.
- Review the Employee Handbook, which covers working hours, time off, and the policies you'll use most often.
- Set up any tooling or hardware requests through IT Help.
- Once you've passed probation, you'll become eligible for medical insurance, work-from-home days, and other benefits. Details are in Employee Benefits.
The Wellness Room
The Wellness Room is a dedicated space within our workplace intended for relaxation, gathering, and a refreshing change of scenery: the perfect place to unwind, recharge, or simply take a well-deserved break from your daily tasks.
Unwind & play
Play a game, socialize, or stretch out and relax on a comfy beanbag chair.
Dining & breaks
Enjoy your meals, grab a snack, or share a lunch break with colleagues.
Prayer space
The room is also available as a designated area for daily prayers.
Vibe & noise level
Recreation and socializing take priority here: it's a space for fun and letting off steam.
You're welcome to bring your laptop or hold an informal meeting here, but be prepared for interruptions, door knocks, and an energetic, loud atmosphere. If you need a quiet space to focus, this room is not the right choice. Use a meeting room or booth instead.
