Working hours & permissions
Any arrival after 11:00 AM requires an approved time permission or business mission form, submitted in advance. See Business Missions for the process.
Yes, every employee completes 8 working hours daily, excluding breaks. Your departure time depends on your arrival time within the 9–11 AM flexible window.
Between 15 minutes minimum and 2 hours maximum, for midday or end-of-day personal reasons. Longer or offsite work absences fall under Business Mission instead.
Time off
9 days in your first year, increasing to 15 days per year after you complete one year of service. Casual leave (6 days/year) is included within this balance. See Time Off.
Annual leave requests need manager approval at least 2 weeks in advance. Casual leave can be requested the same day for sudden circumstances, up to 2 consecutive days at a time.
For sick leave with a certificate, you must send the sick note as an attachment through our communications tools, otherwise it's treated as annual leave instead.
Remote work
It depends on your department: Tech (8/month), Creative (6/month), Operations (4/month), Support Functions, meaning Finance, Commercial, and HR (2/month). Full details in Remote Work.
No, WFH is only available to full-time employees who have successfully passed their probationary period.
Late submissions are automatically considered and deducted as Annual Leave instead of WFH.
Leaving Progressio
